Your Role

As Manager of cGMP Warehousing at Tobin Scientific, your role is central to our GMP warehouse operations. You'll oversee daily activities, ensure inventory accuracy, manage material transfers, and more. Your focus will be on maintaining cGMP compliance, supporting quality assurance, and enhancing operational efficiency. Your leadership will be key to maintaining our clean, safe work environment and upholding Tobin Scientific's high standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in warehouse or product handling.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP.
• Flexibility, excellent work ethic, team player.
• Skilled in using material handling equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Efficient in managing multiple tasks.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Self-driven, able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
• Experience in biorepository or cold storage is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage GMP warehouse operations for inventory accuracy and issue resolution.
• Conduct inventory checks and reconciliations for GMP materials.
• Facilitate transfers between facilities; support GMP receiving and material management.
• Assist in both GMP and Non-GMP facilities in the Greater Boston area.
• Handle GMP Quality functions, including Deviation, Risk Assessment, CAPAs.
• Manage GMP controlled documents and handle disposal/transfer of expired materials.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and accurate inventory transactions in WMS.
