Position Overview:

Tobin Scientific is looking for a driven and results-focused Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be key in driving organic growth by uncovering new opportunities with current clients and assisting our business development team in closing leads. This position provides a unique chance to make a meaningful impact on Tobin Scientific's ongoing success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue objectives.

- Effectively communicate Tobin Scientific’s value proposition and service offerings to existing and prospective clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target accounts.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that address client requirements.

- Negotiate terms of contracts to secure long-term business contracts.

- Drive the sales process from lead generation to close.

- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics, utilizing CRM to enable trackability and efficiency.

- Stay informed about industry trends and developments, leveraging this knowledge to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

- Ideally 1-3 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.

- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

- Familiarity with cold chain logistics, cGMP storage solutions, or related services (preferred).

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

- Bachelor's degree (preferred), ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
