Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a GMP Materials Coordinator for our Methuen, MA location. In this role,based in Methuen, MA, you will play a crucial part in managing inventory processes, ensuring accuracy, and facilitating the smooth flow of GMP materialswithin Tobin Scientific. What We're Looking For:

  • Preferred experience in warehouse or product handling environments.  
  • GMP/GDP experience is a plus.  
  • Strong work ethic, flexibility to changing work demands, and effective team player.
  • Understanding of GMP concepts and procedures is preferred.
  • Experience with materials handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).  
  • Proven ability to manage changing and multiple priorities effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, reach with hands and arms, liftand move up to 50 pounds.  
  • Self-driven and motivated, requiring minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer programs.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory processes, focusing on enhancing accuracy and minimizingdiscrepancies in GMP materials.  
  • ConductGMP raw materials and single-use components inventory counts upon clientrequest, ensuring reconciliation for system accuracy.
  • Coordinate interfacility material transfers among all Tobin Scientific locations.
  • SupportGMP duties at both locations, including receiving incoming goods/raw materials,conducting weekly GMP raw material inventory checks, and managing stock rotation and segregation of GMP materials.
  • Issue GMP controlled documents for operations.  
  • Coordinate disposals/transfers of expired materials based on client directives.  
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.  
  • Ensure accurate inventory transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Perform any additional tasks as required.
