On Christmas Eve, a client experienced intermittent power losses at their lab facility, affecting their -20°C and 4°C cold rooms. To assess the issue and ensure the safety of their materials, they needed to completely empty these environments. However, due to the holiday, they struggled to contact providers to address the problem.
Despite the emergency and unclear requirements, Tobin immediately deployed a variety of trailers to manage the situation. The team swiftly transferred the client's freezers to Tobin's RGT trailers, ensuring minimal power interruption. Materials too large for the freezers were relocated to Tobin's Mobile Cold Room trailers, which remained onsite.
With only a skeleton crew available, the client couldn't troubleshoot the issue until after the New Year. Tobin kept all trailers and materials onsite throughout this period. Ultimately, fixing the problems took two months. Thanks to Tobin's flexibility, the trailers remained onsite, providing the client with continuous access to all their materials.
Tobin provided RGT until a technician was able to service a client facility.
